This company owner is the most disrespectful, immature man I have ever spoken to?after I complained about cleaner Chris coming to my house after hours 6 or later I asked him to speak to Chris about getting here earlier?.after the 3rd week of seeing no change?they didn?t show up,without calling or texting?I called the office and left a phone message saying if they didn?t want my business let me know?,,no return call until Scott was informed by ANGIE I was looking on site for a new pool cleaner. He then called me, very angrily and said what was my complaint?.i told him and he said well I don?t want your business,talking over me loudly..,I have witnesses to attest to this. I am a 70 year old woman and expect to be treated better?Scott gets to work at 10 each day and acts like he?s a real businessman?..please listen and don?t hire him. I also spoke to national ANGIE office and he does not live up to the standards of ANGIE.

This owner..Scott was extremely rude when I asked him to have person cleaning my pool to please get him to come before 6:00 or earlier as the cleaner was here at almost dark each week….then he didnt come 1 day and did not alert me…but showed up the next day after I left a message to ask if he wanted to keep my business…..he talked over me said he didnt want my business as he didnt need complaints…very hateful and rude. I thought a customer had the right to complain about the lateness of coming each week and then not showing up. He said he tried to contact me on the morning after not showing up…. That's a lie…he had spoken to me before through texting and e-mail…very disrespectful and disappointing after he, of course, cut up being charming when he wanted my business. I just want my opinion to be shown about this company…I feel I can't trust your Company after this. My mother was sitting next to me when I spoke on the phone, getting back to me when he found out I was searching for another pool person…otherwise, he wouldn't have contacted me.

They did a great job.

My pool looked like a real live swamp. I had debris on the bottom of my pool from the entire fall and winter seasons. I happened to call Hot Dog Pools and Cart and it was THE BEST decision I made. The dedication they put in to getting my pool back to normal clear pool is extraordinary. The owner Scott is very professional and a man of his word. I appreciate integrity and this company reigns. The pool service technician is freaking awesome. He stays on top of doing whatever needs to be done and goes beyond to ensure that everything is working properly. I normally don’t bother writing reviews because normally people do the bare minimum so nothing to shout about. However, this time oh yeah it would be completely unacceptable for me not to rave about them. I can't say enough good things about this company. Their people are amazing, their products are first class, and they are honest, fair, and dependable. They have resurfaced our pool, sold us a new LSV and pool cleaner as well as pool supplies, and serviced each of these. I highly recommend!!!

We recently worked with Scott from Hot Dog Pools and Carts on a custom pool design, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. His expertise with 3D imaging software was evident—he brought our vision to life in a way that felt both creative and practical. Our yard presented several challenges: limited space, a power line to work around, and a strong desire to maximize shade from nearby trees. Scott managed all of these constraints beautifully, creating a design that made the most of every inch without compromising aesthetics or functionality. He even included a thoughtfully designed small pool house with space for an office and bathroom, which was a fantastic addition. Throughout the process, we had numerous questions about engineering and the build process. Scott answered them clearly and patiently, demonstrating deep knowledge and a willingness to educate us along the way. His flexibility and understanding were also remarkable—when an unexpected shift in priorities prevented us from moving forward with construction, he was gracious and supportive. If you’re considering adding a pool to your property, I cannot recommend Scott highly enough. His professionalism, technical skill, and customer-first approach set him apart. When the time comes for us to move forward, Scott will absolutely be our first call.

What a great job! Our pool technician came yesterday and our pool looks awesome. Did a great job cleaning and even used a blower on the deck to clean up any leaves. Can’t go wrong with this company.

Hot Dogs Pool & Carts is an awesome pool shop. It has everything you would need for your pool and it is affordable. The best part is that the owner really tries to help you get the best product for your pool. He truly cares for his customers. I’ll truly definitely keep coming back !!!
