We will never hire 360 painting again. Steven sent out a man to paint four ceilings. He did not have a ladder. We believe he is not an employee of 360 painting. All of the paintbrushes, the floor coverings, the extended paint roller, all brand new. The man did not have an ounce of paint on his clothes. There were supposed to be two coats painted on the ceilings. He did not paint two coats on the two ceilings that he said he completed. Also, his lines between the ceiling and the wall paint were very crooked. The first day he worked three hours. The second day he worked four hours. We were told it would be a one day job and possibly a little bit over on a second day. I called Steven, the owner of 360 painting when the guy left after four hours on the second day. I told him not to have the guy come back. There was no effort by the owner to make things right. We did not pay.

The frame panel between the garage and 2nd story roof was apparently steam cleaned with more force or from less distance than the other two panels, resulting in various frame areas that exhibit loss of some framing. Probably will need additional work and paint to return to its original condition.

Way too many mistakes and small goofs that they should have fixed. If you dont see them during the walkthrough they want to charge you to come back to fix them. So do a very good walk-through and dont expect a real professional paint job. They paint around bathroom accessories instead of removing so ours had paint on them and everything had overspray on it. They do no repairs to your walls and did not respect your property. After you fix all the little goofs throughout your house then paint job is pretty decent.

Communication could be better. Ceiling fans could have been better covered. Quality could be better. Paid for more than was done. Overall for the cost, the work was ok.
