Home Remodeling Pros of Central PA, LLC

Terrible experience from start to finish. Came back to fix mistakes only to make so many more causing a 6-8 week project to take 8 months and still not happy with the work, but its the best they can do.

We had Home Pros Remodeling of Central Pa remodel our kitchen in 2020 and were thrilled with the design by Andrea Woodall and knew we would hire them back to remodel 2 bathrooms. Andrea's design and product choices were perfect for our home again. We had 1 full bath and a powder room. We ended up with 2 full baths and again are thrilled with the final product. The project started 2 months earlier than expected which is unheard of in the construction business and was completed on time. From our kitchen remodel to now they hired some great people, adding Terrell in customer service was a smart move as he is a great communicator. Mark, the project manager, Kevin the project foreman, Rahn the plumber and all others that worked on this project were professional, dependable, gave us suggestions and just good people. And then Lee came to do final painting touch ups and his work and his work ethic was amazing. I work in the construction industry and am very aware that most construction projects come with issues, I am happy to say this one had very few.

Horrible experience, many problems after the remodel and they still arent fixed 2 years later

Let me begin by saying, Nate, the project manager was terrific. Had a lot of *correcting* mistakes that were made. As far as the team leader that started the project, he was fired after 2 weeks on the job. Nice guy, just should not have been the lead due to inexperience. End result was very nice, but not without a lot of re-doing things. Sorry to say, I would not recommend using them with friends or family.

Great salesman, best price out of three other bids, and believe we received the best job, the installer Dennis was one of the best I've ever had, would highly recommend them to everyone .

When I called around to gather estimates, Andrea Woodall was the only one that didnâ t change her tone or tell me there was no way we could have everything we wanted in our kitchen with the budget we set. We wanted to remove walls and have our kitchen & dining room combined in to one large space with plenty of cabinetry. Andrea is super knowledgeable and super professional, she listened to me and made great suggestions. We didnâ t change one thing in her design. We were happy with the knowledge and enthusiasm of our Project Manager. She walked us through the whole process and tentative timing of the project. Things started off a little shaky and a bit unorganized but canâ t say enough good things about the crew that did the demo (which was gross), support beam, and getting ceiling & walls ready for drywall. Alex, Bob & Kenton worked hard and cared about our kitchen. Also, Rudy had to work hard to get the electric, heating & plumbing right. Heâ s a super upbeat, likeable & nice guy to be around. Our Project Manager, for personal reasons, had to step down. Nate was assigned to take over our project and communication and scheduling improved. He kept things moving forward. He seemed to have a ton on his plate already but took good care of us. Nate is a good representative of Home Remodeling Pro (even though heâ s a cowboyâ s fan ð ). We are ecstatic with the results! At least once every day I say, â I canâ t believe this is our kitchenâ . This is a big â thank youâ to Mike Wynn & Rich for their excellent workmanship. We will have Home Remodeling Pro back in a year or so for a bathroom renovation.

Installed half bath in basement storage area. Very happy with end result and great company to work with.

All involved were professional and efficient...from our sales consultant, Andrea, to Nate, our project manager. We really appreciated the promptness and good, light-hearted, efficient demeanor of Dave, our primary installer. He got the job done!
