While the crew did excellent work, the major let down was Dan between the way the job was quoted and the way he builled made sure the estimate came out to the higher end of the quote, also he had a habit of telling his crew to do things without consulting the customer and these were things that added to cost. Also I accidentally overpaid him and are still waiting for the refund.

Refund was given The reason why price was higher then quote was when we got there he built the two decks him self. It was done all wrong not level or square The crown of the joist were all different up and down and the carrier beam was not built/installed probably So after messing with them we decided to take them apart start fresh Between the home owner trying to do things and ordering the wrong materials it added days on which cost more labor

Dan and crew has worked for me doing projects from 2021,2022,2023 and this year leaveled my shed and put in electric I asked him in May and wanted it done before the 4 of July it is done and we can enjoy it thanks Dan

he has done a lot of work for me over the years 2021 he redid my house kitchen and bathroom and painted all he and crew built a new garge. was very happy with there work. 2022 had him back and he built a car port on back of garage and again happy with work hired him again doe 2023 still waiting he says before winter will see

We started out hiring Dan to pour a foundation for a yurt we were building. Then we hired him to do ground work. Then to put up the yurt and build the deck. Finally we decided to just hire him to finish the interior. It all turned out amazing. It would not be as wonderful a space without Danâ s insight and suggestions. We love it! And everyone who has rented it has been so impressed and so in love with it!

We own a very old home, built in the late 1800s. We wanted it insulated better. They took the vinyl siding off, removed the clapboards under it, wrapped the house and put blue board insulation over that. They then put old vinyl back on. Did a wonderful job and extremely professional and knowledgeable!
