My garage door was off track and I reached out to Angi for help. Miguel and Juan from Hale were the first ones to contact me and were not only professional but were the only technicians who offered to come out over the weekend to fix the issue. Juan arrived exactly at the time he promised and fixed my garage door within 1.5hrs. He even gave me some tips on where he thought I needed to upgrade equipment as the door and opener are quite old. Service was excellent. Price seemed a little on the high end, but I was in a pinch and very much appreciated the very professional, no hassle and prompt service.

I am brand new to Angi, but what a wonderful first experience! Miguel of Hale Garage Door was very responsive and prompt, calling me back early in the morning (on a holiday!) after submitting the request the night before. Fixed my spring right away (he came prepared) instead of just providing an estimate, and he also spotted some hinges that were warped and would need future replacing, and I went ahead and happily ok'd his looking out. Also made a recommendation to keep our garage safer from break-ins (not as an upsell, just a suggestion--which was to cut the string that hangs down, as thieves often use that for entry.) Anyway--Miguel was pleasant, seemed honest and fair enough, and could not have been quicker and easier. I lucked out! :)
