In addition to the roof replacement I was told that the gutters also required to be replaced. I was put in touch with Casey who worked with me to schedule and have the install completed. The crew came and quickly and accurately installed the gutters and downspouts without issue. Very happy with the job and communication from Casey. Thank you!

The guys were great, everything was communicated in a timely fashion, and the estimated time they gave to complete. The work was exactly the time it took. They cleaned up After, And Joe The Project manager, Came by the day after completion to inspecting cleanup everything that was missed. Roof and gutters look great.

The crew arrived earlier than scheduled, around 8 a.m. on installation day, and immediately got to work. By the time I checked on their progress, they had already removed the old roof and were well into installing the new one. Joe, the on-site supervisor, kept me updated throughout the process and walked me through the progress. Impressively, the team finished before lunchtime. During the final inspection, Joe and I noticed that a joist was missed. He assured me it would be resolved the next day. True to his word, the crew returned promptly and addressed the issue, even fixing a second problem I discovered. Joe conducted a thorough cleanup, using a magnet to check for stray nails. While we found a couple, it was minimal given the volume of materials removed. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work provided by Home Genius Exteriors. They completed the project quickly, addressed all concerns, and ensured the property was left clean.
