Yesterday Lee from Green Shield Pest Solutions came to my home. I am so happy with him and this company. He was very polite, arrived exactly when he said he would, explained what he intended to do, went over my contract, inspected my home, reported on his concerns and did what was needed. He was wonderful to work with. He and this company deserve 10 stars. I am thrilled!!

Updating my review after a year of service. The customer service and individuals who came out to perform services were always great, no complaints there. Unfortunately I’ve found that the treatment we were paying for made almost no difference with our pest problem. Our last service was performed a month ago and I am actively seeing wasps trying to build nests in the eaves of my home and continue to find spiders around the home and upstairs in bedrooms on a daily basis. The annual plan we paid for had them come quarterly by default, but I called a few additional times due to the continuance of pests after those services. I can’t find value in paying for a service when the issue remains. Figured I will try self service pest control that comes at a significantly reduced cost and allows me to apply a solution around and in my house, which was the same thing they did when coming out. Called and spoke with Adnan. He was able to clearly provided their service offerings, pricing and what to expect. They were able to come out quickly and remove a wasp nest, I also signed up for the recurring service. Our Technician Paul was great, he quickly took care of the issue and the other services we had signed up for. Before leaving, he gave us a recap of what took place. Honestly, it couldn’t have been easier!

We have had the pleasure of initiating our pest control service, and in addition needed a second/emergency visit for treatment of a wasp nest. The service provided was timely, the technician very professional, and polite.
