They give me estimate on a parking spot area for off street parking in dec. 2024 gave them the application for the permits for curb cut and parking area call them many times to find out if they submitted the permits to the borough after a month, they finally called me a said they did and they were waiting on the borough for the permits. So now it is march and so i called them to find out about the permits for the work and again no answer, so I went to the borough office, and they told me they did not put the paperwork in for the permits, so they lied to me I ask them many times if the wanted the job and they said yes must be a lie as well for my calls attempts by phone to have them do the job. I never heard back from them. All I want is a answer yea or no that they would do the job. Very disappointed

My sidewalk had cracks within 3 months however Steve came back and repaired the defects And assured me that he would take care of any other problems with the sidewalk in the future. He was good for his word and I appreciate that.

I had a job started in July. With in 2 weeks of completion the cement cracked, the wall buckled and peeled and the incline was so bad we had to lay bricks to keep a small gazebo level( i happen to be building the gazebo out side as he got his truck and "tried" to leave. I was only able to notify the owner of this because he left his truck parked at my house for those 2 weeks. He saw the damage and said he would be back to fix it. 2-3months went by and my husband managed to get ahold of him and the owner stated he would be by in 2 weeks. Only because he had another local job. He never showed. Calls emails and messages have been left. No response. We are now out 5month and still nothing. 10k for a job incomplete and going to cost more. My neighbor and I got work done at the same time and they are still waiting for repairs. I have learned my lesson and never again and never recommending them. I fact I warn people of them.

Steve and his Wife Linda were a pleasure to work with and did a great job communicating with us during the course of our project, from estimate to completion! The estimate Steve gave us for our patio project was very reasonable and we were able to get the job done within the time frame we were hoping for! Steve and his team did a great job and we are very pleased with the outcome! We will definitely use Holland Construction again for future projects and very highly recommend them!

Very Happy with the work. Steve is wonderful likes to joke a lot . we had a 12x36 concrete patio put in and it is great. You can't beat his prices . can't wait to have our picnic's back again . We had no where to sit outside. He even knew to pitch it for us that water wouldn't lay on it . Very professional . We are already waiting for for another estimate on another project. I would recommend Holland Construction to everyone .

From the start they were very professional. When Steve the owner came for the estimate he was very knowledgeable and listened to what my wife and I wanted done. They removed all the old bricks and stone and did a great job with the concrete. We highly recommend them.

Friendly, concerned with my requirements and that I was pleased with the results. They went above and beyond and installed corrugated pipe under walkway but it drained into the other side of the walkway into the yard. I called after the job was complete after a weekend rain storm and left a message. I said it didn’t work out and the piping needed to go further but didn’t get a return call. I fully expected to pay for the extra work since it wasn’t part of the original contract. The sidewalk cracked in August but the pad remains intact and looks great and I’ve received multiple compliments. I believe communication was the issue here and not workmanship.
