They were professional and responsive. They removed undergrowth including poison ivy and very established/overgrown shrubbery quickly and thoroughly, while carefully avoiding damage to neighbor's invisible dog fence. The work was complicated because it was on a steeply sloped berm, but the Hoffman crew used hand tools and an excavator to tame the jungle. They even removed an established walnut tree that was in the way. When finished, the area was smoothed and seeded with grass that looked great in just a few weeks. I'm elated with the tidy results.

They did such a great job the rest of the neighborhood rushed out and tried to copy their cleanup. Price was great. Using then for spring too.

Very easy to talk to. Very good pricing and very honest. Was turning down services because he openly said he couldn't compete with big company pricing for certain services. [Update] I worked with this company a while back. They did my lawn with a riding mower, which for the most part was fine. But when it rained I asked them to push it or skip due to the rider tearing up my lawn. I repeatedly asked them and didn't get responses. I then asked them to repair the lawn to which I got sparse responses and a poor effort to repair it. I had to end the contract.
