From initial visit and estimate through completed work we found the folks punctual, knowledgeable, professional and exceeding work ethic. They were courteous, fully prepared with necessary tools, and exceptionally clean (taking trash with them). Recommend them to be first choice in anything electrical.

I hired this company to replace a fluorescent light fixture over the sink with an LED fixture. My one stipulation was that the light output needed to match the recessed lighting and the under cabinet lighting - not too white, not too yellow. After the light was installed and turned on, all the creamy white paintwork around the area turned bright white. It was obviously not a match with the other lighting. The electricians first suggestion was that I should change out my recessed lighting to match what he had installed! I told him that his light fixture was not acceptable and violated the specific request that I had made for the light output to match the rest of the kitchen. He did not want to drive far to find a replacement so he went to a local lighting store and found a light that would work. After he installed that light he did a lousy job of partially speckling the holes left by the other light. When he left I noticed that the light is not centered over the sink, but is off to the left. Fortunately the valance conceals this error, but it is still poor work.

This was the second job we had done for this customer. The light that was replaced over the sink was an old fluorescent strip fixture which the previous person had put 20+ holes in the ceiling to mount. The first light fixture we installed was a white (4K LED) strip fixture which matched the light of her existing under counter lights and covered all of the existing holes in her ceiling. Well, she hated the way it made her paint on the wall over her sink look. So, to appease her concern, we drove across town and bought another LED fixture with a more muted light output. We came back, installed it, and even fixed the old holes in her ceiling. She indicated that the light output still didn't perfectly match her under counter lights (a perfect match was NEVER guarenteed) and made the paint on her wall behind her sink look "off". Well, we offered yet again to install another fixture of her choice, but was told "No, it's fine" and she paid us our pre-agreed upon price. This is our only negative review and not a well deserved one mind you. We would STILL go back at no charge and install any fixture she'd like....I'm just not sure there is one on this earth that would make her happy.
