Honest pricing. Beautiful work. The owner was very personable, provided more information than I could have anticipated and never tried to over-sell the work needed. Seamless project start to finish. Thank you for taking on my little fencing project.

They doesn't return a phone call. They never call me to provide me any idea of how much they cost for the project.

Steve was very personable. It was like we had known him for a long time. He was always responsive when needed. The fence looks great. It was up in a timely manner, which we needed. He also isn't afraid to handle any matters that may come up with the neighbors!

The fence is up which is why I gave 2 stars. Otherwise it took longer than expected and he never put the fence caps on, kept stringing me along about when he was coming to do it. Then eventually blocked me all together. So my fence has no caps and he didn't remove all of existing fence pieces. A lot of money for an unfinished job and poor communication. Not to mention he was pretty inappropriate towards me... Used his business as a means to flirt and make suggestive comments.

Steve was wonderful to work with, he gave us a very fair estimate and followed up with amazing work. He is very clear upfront about his scheduling availability as well as retimed duration of the project. The installation went smooth and we are thrilled about the result. Would highly recommend Steve and Flower City Fence!

Decided to extend our vinyl privacy fence after removing trees and not wanting light pollution from a neighbor. Steve was quick to respond to my request for a quote and was friendly when he came out. All in all the process was pretty easy and painless which was a welcome outcome. Installation was also done in a timely manner.
