Our dog, a 5 mo. old very rambunctious puppy, stays well away from the line. Thy did a great job. Only one minor flaw, The wire machine gauged a short groove in the driveway where they started up the machine.

Bad product. Bad installation and bad service. Our dog was contained by an Invisible Fence brand system for 6 years without an issue. Then, we moved and switched to this brand, which was a BIG mistake. Our dog is afraid to leave the house now. The system was installed incorrectly and our dog was shocked a few times in the beginning while we followed the training instructions. It has been 5 weeks now, and she is still afraid to go into our yard. We spent over $2,000 for a system that does not perform. Very disappointed.

After doing a ton of research, I called Hidden Pet Fence to come out and take a look at my property. I scheduled Rob to come out within three weeks to tackle the job. He was prompt, informative, and finished the entire job in just a few hours. He took additional time to work with each of my dogs (and me), separately, to acclimate them to the new â fence.â Within days, both my dogs picked it up and have been having a blast, expending a ton of energy in their newly found â freedom.â I canâ t thank Rob and Hidden Pet Fence enough for giving us peace of mind with this pet fence solution!! They have earned us as life-long customers.

Rob was a rock star installing my fence in 96 degree heat and was great with my Siberian Husky and my German Shepherd. Rob was very polite and professional, made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions. Great overall experience!
