Paul and Mike were definitely a pleasure to work with. I would say they go out of their way to make the process and end result of quality work. They appear to actually care, about quality, how it works for you, and even the cosmetics of the finished result. They will try to go the extra, to satisfy the customer without throwing out any ridiculous costs on your project. Already, thinking about having them do my back patio as well.
