Write a ReviewI had an urgent issue but the scheduled me the same day. They were on time and friendly. I received very professional service and explanation of my problem. They talked through the repairs with me. I felt they cared about me and my satisfaction. I will definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need AC or Heating repairs again!!

We called A few companies locally in our metro area and they had no availability due to high call volume. Even Henson had mentioned they them selves had a full schedule, There office staff made it very clear that they would do everything they could to put us on there schedule. Within one hour we had received a call that they dispatched one of there trained technicians. They had performed a full thorough inspection of our equipment and explained all that was wrong and how they can help us fix this situation quickly. Granted our equipment is over 15 years old and still holds R22 refrigerant, most companies donâ t touch it unless you replace systems. Henson replaced the damaged parts and charged us a very reasonable rate. We would recommend Henson along with their amazing customer service.
Amazing customer service and knowledgeable techs. They took the time to verify and check the entire system before making a diagnosis. Great folks making sure the customer understands the failure and the value of their service work. Definitely going to refer these HVAC specialists to friends and family.

They nickel and dimed us for $375 in an invoice 5 days later when we didn?t replace the furnace with their &12000 estimate, yet charged us for ?maintenance work? when we just asked them to relight the pilot light.

I did not know, but they scheduled the installation appointment without having the equipment. The equipment did not get delivered to them and it was not until I contacted them that I was told it would be delayed a day. I had already taken the day off work, so I had to scramble and rearrange my work week. When they came the next day, the wrong furnace was included so they had to go back and exchange it. I was told there would be three guys and would be 6 hours. Only one guy and a helper showed up which subsequently took 12 and 1/2 hours to complete the job! There was no humidifier that was included in my bid, so another appointment had to be scheduled. I was told the salesman would personally be there on Saturday, July 3rd. When I texted him on Friday to confirm I was told he was in Denver and treated like he was doing me a favor! We rescheduled again and on the day they were supposed to come I was asked to rearrange my schedule for the morning instead of the afternoon. I was at work and it was not possible for me to leave. I told them to keep this appointment or to refund that portion. The technician did come at the appointed time. I believe the technician did a good job but it was a long and painful experience. I was treated like I was not flexible because they could not keep their appointments. Really poor time management on their part.
