We had a wonderful experience with the entire team. They were exceptional. Kind friendly, knowledgeable, proficient, reliable and honest.

I hope I’m not limited on words because I cannot say enough positive about my experience with this company. From the owners John and Stuart, to the installation crew, this company strives for professionalism and customer satisfaction as top priorities. They did the floor of what was once a garage, but it had been converted into a barroom at some point before I purchased the house. The room was carpeted and heavily trafficked. The carpet had been cleaned to the point it couldn’t clean anymore. I was planning on a flooring project of my own, intending to use vinyl plank, but when I tore out the carpet I found a prominent crack in the floor with a pretty good difference in level from one side to the other. Sure I could have spent hours grinding and sanding to maybe get it right, not to mention the extra cash on fillers and floor leveling cement. I was up to the task, but then an ad for Hello Garage of Ofallon came up in my Facebook feed. I had mentioned to my wife that I was considering epoxy flooring, but after reading the ad and doing some research, it seemed a no brained that the polyaspartic flooring was a better idea than epoxy. My only concern was pricing. I expected a much higher price than what I had allotted for the vinyl plank. To my surprise, the price was virtually identical but now I had someone else to do the work and I was getting a far superior product than vinyl. This was a no brainer!!!! Let’s talk about that crack. It had been repaired once before and that repair obviously had failed. It was a much softer concrete than the rest of the floor. The installers were a newer crew that came out, and had not experienced this before, therefore not realizing a problem potentially existed. They prepped and made the floor perfect before applying the flooring. It looked perfect. They were praised and went on their way……then it settled. The prior patch soaked up some of the material leaving what I called a river in the floor finish that was just unacceptable. Staying true to every promise the owners themselves came out, evaluated, profusely apologized, made no excuses, and scheduled to come back and fix, even refusing to cash my check till I was completely satisfied. The fix was a challenge, but persistence and patience has produced a beautiful floor. They also brought in a second crew, using this as a learning experience for their entire team. They kept us in the loop throughout the process and had to deal with me nit picking till it was perfect. I didn’t really have to do that, because they were committed to getting it right! Along the way I also added more work for them to do than we originally agreed to and they did this at what I’m sure was a loss to them! The additional check mark I wish google had to rate on would be patience. While I’m positive this company hated to have this happen as much, if not more than me, they managed to do it with a smile all the time dealing with me. I’ve been, I’m sure a pain in their side, constantly questioning the process and double checking their work. I couldn’t recommend a company any higher. The problem they encountered here was a new one for them in which they know now how to prevent. Their finished product is amazingly beautiful and durable. Priced right! Simply Awesomeness.
