My neighbor recommended Heat Pumps plus. I scheduled an appoint for today for regular Spring Tune up. The technician arrived on time and was very polite. I told him I usually watch the check-ups being done, he advised no problem. I have lived here 14 years, and Ashton was the most competent and knowledgeable technician that ever checked the systems. He was extremely thorough and checked everything that should be done on a spring tune up. highly recommend Heat Pumps Plus for all your needs. I will definitely be using them going forward. I was looking to replace my current heat pump. My neighbor recommended Darrin as an honest and reasonable priced person to contact. I called on a Saturday and Darrin came out the same day to evaluate and suggested a replacement that met my requirements. Within a few days, Darrin and his associate Ashton were out to install my new heat pump. So far everything is working fine. I would suggest Darrin if you are looking to replace your current heat pump. I find it easier and more personal to work with a small independent HVAC company rather than the larger HVAC companies. I feel you get better one on one response and develop a real relationship with these companies (not just a number) and Darrin definitely meets that criteria.
