Chris was very efficient in estimating and performing the work. He was honest about the problem, and his workmen did a very good job and cleaned up after the work, which is very important to me. It has rained twice since and so far, no leaks! I would recommend Greenleaf to my friends.

He and his team addressed all the leaks on the roof, and in the process of fixing the existing leaks found other problems, which he also fixed for a fair additional charge after he explained the issues to me in terms I could understand. Got three bids for tile roof reset in Rancho Santa Margarita. Chris Hawkens' bid is lower than others and before signing a contract I asked for his license and work comp. He provided within minutes. Check his information on Contractor State License Board, his license is current and active, he has contractor's bond. This guy is legit. His low bid does not mean his work is substandard. Time will tell but at present I am satisfied with his work. As to personality he is pleasant to work with and keep me informed of work progress everyday and response to my messages within minutes. This guy is speedy. Chris sent me lots of pictures and I can tell what material he used for underlayment and location of the replaced panel. I am guessing that Chris does not have secretary since he did all paperwork by himself and he answer all calls. Maybe that's why his bid is low since he can pass his saving to clients. In short I am happy with his work and will call him again for my next project.
