I had sod installed in my backyard. The job took about 2 weeks because of rain. It could have been done quicker, but all the needed materials were not purchased upfront despite me providing a $2400 deposit. Because of this, about 75% of the sod was laid over a week before the rest. On top of that, they destroyed my front yard getting to the backyard with their trucks. All they did to rectify this was put down some seed. No hay, just seed. To make matters worse, they took apart my privacy fence to get the trucks back there. They did put it back together, but not well. Horrible experience.

Everything was done as promised . Because of the rain my sod supplier could not cut in the field,due to very wet weather. The customer was updated everyday concerning this situation. Also the fence was put back correctly. The only thing the customer had a complaint on was the spring was not letting the door close automatically. So I bought a whole new for him. Last but not least after all the wet weather I planted grass seeds where the machine making traffic to bring material back and forth. I aslo told customer if the grass don't grow back correctly we will definitely make sure we fix the area where the machine was trafficking.
