Customer service was good with talking to Matt, but whomever on the crew mowed my lawn did an awful job. There were streaks all over it uneven, I would say he only cut probably about 75% of my lawn with how many gaps missed areas. Very annoyed and angry at the job that was done.

They showed up on time and did a good job. They took care removing old leaves and stalks from ferns without damaging new growth.,

My yard looks great. Happy Grass will keep it looking great.

I own a seasonal dwelling on Lake Ontario and was not happy with my former lawn care service. Looked Happy Grass up on the net, and HIT THE JACKPOT! Mathew and Jonny are incredible! They can do any job asked about. And make great suggestions. My lawn is pristine looking. I had them plant grass for me when I had taken down a couple of trees. Grew beautifully. They even came to water for me when I couldn't be there. They mulched my back garden area, and planted the plants I had chosen...looks incredible! They are also men of many talents. They made me a new step for my back door and a new cement pad for the back door. Fabulous job. I honestly don't know what I'd do without these guys...they have made my summer home living much easier and the improvements are definitely visible. I would rate them a 10+ if it allowed me too. They are also working for many of the surrounding seasonal homes around my place, and everyone raves about their work and dedication. Kudos to Happy Grass~
