The only reason that I did not rate the customer service as a 5 is that my appointment was for 8:00 a.m. and he came at 8:40. This was not a big problem, but it was not clear to me that the appointment was for a time range, not an exact time. The person came prepared and ready to work. He made sure that the repair was done correctly before he left. He completed the job promptly with no wasted time.

Technician was excellent; quality is excellent. Only problem was poor communication with the office. This was not the technician's fault but caused a certain amount of frustration. The service is worth it...be prepared to have to follow up on communications, however. Job was completed on schedule and under budget. I plan to use them again.
