I have hired Hakim for many projects over the last 8 years. He was referred by a good friend. Over the years he has done many projects around my home including all variety of home repairs (think lighting, plumbing, installing railings, garbage disposal, plumbing problems, etc) but he has also done major remodeling for me including converting a bathroom with a tub to one with a walk in shower to be handicapped accessible for my brother and installing all new laminate floor in my basement. I appreciate him so much because he is honest and trustworthy and takes time to explain things to me and give me options at different price points. I really donâ t like home decorating so several times I just have given him some basic direction and asked him to manage the details. I have always been more than pleased with the quality of his work.. He is responsive and reliable and I am totally comfortable leaving him to work in my home. I have also needed to call him in emergency situations with flooding problems and smoke alarm problems and he always responds right away to assist with those. I canâ t recommend him highly enough.
