His attention to detail needs to be improved, and that he needs to do what he says he is going to do and also do what the home owner asks him to do.

I had an unhinged door, caused by heavy winds and storms. It was repaired quickly and at a fair cost! Would definitely hire again!

Basically he did three week estimate its been 12 weeks job isn't closed to finished. contractor stained doors stained the carpet in hallway in bedrooms. He installed the wrong door in the wrong room was very incompetent. He also stained the wrong door I had to spend money replacing the door. I spent $7000 already on this nightmare.

James always answered any question or concern I had as soon as he could, and always very courteously! His work is very skilled and if he saw an error, he was quick to schedule a time to fix it! I found him to be most trustworthy and I definitely recommend him for any job. He completed a wide variety of work for me, from installing a new water heater to replacing some tiles to painting to some electrical work - he is multi-talented and very reasonably priced!

James was very professional and courteous. He repaired several bull nose corners that were popping off, cracks in the corners of our coffered ceiling as well as nail pops. He even fixed a bad repair job that was done when the house was built. We feel James did very good work and once painted, I don't think the repairs will be visible at all. We are very pleased with his work and would hire him again.
