Jim was a consummate professional from start to finish. He gave a very detailed quote, patiently answered all our questions, and started the project weeks before we ever thought we'd get a contractor to start. The work was fantastic. Our basement came out beautiful and Jim was a pleasure to work with. He did everything exactly as designed, communicated progress, and was very responsive if we needed anything. He was also very knowledgeable about the various options for finishes, flooring options, etc, and even had some contacts with local businesses that gave us good prices for some of the materials. I highly recommend Hamil Improvement for any remodeling project. Would definitely work with them again!

Jim was outstanding. He exceeded our expectations with his commitment and the quality of his work. He showed up every day and did everything he said he would and more. Jim was organized and did a great job coordinating the rest of the contractors. He was clean and careful working in our home. I would recommend Jim to anyone and would be glad to speak to any prospective client on his behalf. I couldn't be happier with the results!!!

Jim is an excellent contractor and organized electricians, plumbers, dry wall and glass door installation of our bathroom/laundry room project efficiently. He was prompt, on time and diligent to get the job done on the timeline he quoted. I would use him for all my renovation needs and hope to retain him for many other projects! You canâ t go wrong with him.

Great guy and team. Jim even helped us with first aid on our chicken attacked by a bobcat! Jim was very conscientious, kept the area clean and worked around our schedule. Weâ d definitely hire him again.

Jim does excellent work along with his contractors. The shower was rebuilt, a wall was moved and new lights and vanity were installed. The quality of work was excellent. Jim was good at communication and always let us know as schedules changed. He is easy to work with and offered great suggestions to choose from.

Jim was excellent! Jim added a new bathroom to our attic and built a new laundry room in our basement. He helped us develop a plan for the entire house and gave guidance without being pushy. Jim and his subcontractors were always friendly to our family and our pets. I highly recommend Jim and plan on having him do future projects.
