I had an emergency situation. The main waterline to the house was blocked. I called Chris around 8:30 AM and he responded straight away.. he assessed the situation, took care of permits and completed the work by mid afternoon. We have water restored, and a huge blockage removed from our main waterline. He was very professional, courteous, I would highly recommend this company.

I am an architectural design professional who has worked with many excavators over a period of 30 years and I am very happy to report that my experience with H and M Excavating of Plainville, MA was one of my best construction-related experiences yet. I am based in New Haven, CT, but the project was in Attleboro, MA. So not only was there distance involved, but the project on which Chris helped out involved replacing an old 3-bedroom septic system with an entirely new one, with the added complexities of having to reposition the water and gas lines which run from the street into the house, so that he could make room to install the new system. Chris took care of every detail. He made all of the arrangements with the gas provider to move the gas line, and he brought in his own very excellent plumber to relocate the water lines. He removed all anxiety from a project that I mostly could only handle from afar. I did receive a quote from another company to do this work, and although the quote Chris provided was just slightly higher than this other company, he was definitely the superior choice. In contrast to the other company, Chris returned phone calls, texts and emails promptly, showed up when he said he would, handled all of the building inspections, and so forth. He did not overlook any detail. He even left the project site looking as though a professional landscaper had performed the work. So thank you, thank you, thank you, Chris. Your business may be a young one, but I will gladly sing praises of your services to anyone who asks. And thanks to online reviews, I am able to do exactly that. -Bill
