I hired Cesar Garcia to pour two cement patios with paver edging in my backyard. His customer service was excellent. He communicated to us exactly what the work would entail and honestly responded to our questions and requests. He arrived on time when he said he would, worked harder than I've seen anyone work in a long time, finished the work in a timely fashion. and his price was reasonable. I had several other estimates and he was very competitive. The finished product is beautiful and he took care in making sure it was completely cleaned up before finishing. He even removed 5 bushes around the patio without charging me. Now that's great service! He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I would definitely recommend him.!

Cesar from H.D. Concrete Works did a great job for us in Lake Arrowhead, Ca. We needed a old wooden porch removed and a new concrete porch in it's place, along with another small step down porch, 8 steps and a sidewalk. Cesar had a lot of great ideas to make the concrete look better be and more functional. Cesar's crew also cleaned up the site after the job. The concrete is a work of art. We had a concrete driveway installed on a residential rental property. The original asphalt was torn out, and replaced with rebar/concrete. Cesar was great. His pricing was very competitive, and they did an outstanding job. They did what they said they would do. Cesar was very personal, informative, and placed emphasis on the details which I appreciated. The driveway came out beautiful; I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Cesar to anyone needing concrete driveway work.

Cesar is professional and always provided us with an update on the daily progress that was made each day. He was very patient during the times our gate entrance access code was not working ,and our outdoor electrical outlets were not functioning. Our backyard went through a 360 degree change and looks amazing. He worked with our budget and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy with the work done. Our backyard was done in a timely manner. We would highly recommend him .
