James pointed out the part of my roof was painted by exterior grade paint that is more shiny and slippery than roof grade paint. I was shocked to know that but he did every effort to finish roof wash without stepping on the slippery roof. It took longer than expected and he charged a little more than the estimate. But I'm grateful he completed the work for the whole roof and safely. He explained the condition of the roof paint. Since I'll hire the pest controller to tent my house, I can convey the roof condition to them. I recommend James or this company for your power wash need.

They made more that was talk. Professional, did what he tell he would do.

James cleaned our gutters, power washed our aluminum roof, power washed our extensive rock wall surrounding our property and finally power washed our very long driveway. Our walls and hot tub area had 20 years of moss covering it so this was no small task. He did an exceptional job. He is worth every penny. He takes great pride in his work and never tires, He is like the energizer bunny. Our property looks like new and are we are thrilled with the end result. We recommend James wholeheartedly.
