I had an unusual downspout request. These guys made it work very well. Two problem corners on my roof are nearly bone dry. I would re-hire these atypically hard working guys in a minute.

Do not hire this guy. He put a new gutter and downspout on my farm house in October 2020, 2 days later the downspout fell off, the 2 pieces to reach up the 2 story house werent even fastened together, he used 2 really tiny nails in the mortar joints, anyone should know that that wouldnt hold the downspout on. He also put Leaf guards on and bent and mangled my metal drip edge. On a different house he left the elbows at the bottom of several downspouts with no fasteners and the elbows would fall off and be blown around the yard. Besides all the terrible workmanship I contacted him at least 6 times and he always said he would fix it next week. Next week never came and its been 9 months. Also I wrote him a check on the spot for his work and a month later he told me I hadnt paid him, I proved him wrong with the check that cleared at my bank. Nothing but a fiasco. It seems to me like he wanted to hurry up and get payed regardless of the quality of work or to please the customer

Fortunately, I was home when the work was done, so I was able to get my gutters cleaned, which was what I originally wanted in addition to the repairs. Apparently, there was some miscommunication that I just wanted the repairs and not cleaning also. I have no reservations about the quality of the work, just the communication issue.
