Using Gutter Helmet was the best decision I ever made. The first appointment I got a very detailed demonstration on gutters. The difference of your everyday gutter to the comparison to Gutter Helmet. Gutter Helmet is very expensive, I was fortunate to be able to pay interest free for 18 months. On the plus side with Gutter Helmet you will never have to clean out your gutters again! They have a lifetime guarantee, even if you sell your house the warranty stays with the new owner. The gentlemen who install the gutters were employees of Gutter Helmet not an outside contractors.

The man from the company was helpful and efficient. The gutters are beautiful. The only downside was that they kept rescheduling appointments with me and when it came down to the day of the install, they did not show up and I had to call them. They did show up a week later, at the scheduled time.

So far it's great, but it was just put in place this morning. The original salesman was very helpful and very pleasant. I was not home when the Gutter Helmet was installed but it looks fine and I'm anxious to see what happens when it rains.

SALESMAN AND INSTALLERS PRODUCT INFORMATION POOR, DID NOT ANSWER DIRECT QUESTIONS CONCERNING ICING. ICING SITUATION OCCURRED TWO AFTER INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMER HAD TO FIND OUT THE HARD WAY.
