Guardian Garage Floors

My only regret is not getting my garage floor done sooner. Guardian Garage Floors provided awesome service and completed my garage in one day. Love the look of my new floor.

The floor of our screened porch now looks fabulous, after Guardian applied their unique polyurea/polyaspartic finish to it. Viewing it from my chair in the living room, the porch now looks like a finished room, vs plain old concrete. There were lots of color combinations to choose from, and we selected one that worked with our outdoor furniture and house color. Great communication from the vendor here in Raleigh, they were on time, and the process took only 5-6 hours. We were able to walk on the floor after 6 hours, and furniture can be replaced in 24 hours. What a beautiful result! I don’t give 5 stars very much, but this contractor earned them.

Crew showed up when they said they would. They explained the steps of the work to be performed. They were very polite through the entire application process and answered all my questions I had. Would highly recommend. Time will tell how the product stands up to foot and vehicle traffic but with a lifetime warranty, it shouldn't be a problem.

I had Guardian coat my 2 1/2 car garage floor 2 years ago, and it still looks as good as it did when it was new. So after expanding my porch by extending the existing concrete slab, we noticed the color of the old and concrete was different than the new concrete. We looked at various low maintenance options to cover both the old and new concrete, which was partially exposed to the outside elements, as well as, protected inside the porch, and the only thing that made sense was to have Guardian cover all of it.. inside and out. They did a fantastic job, even came back the next day to thoroughly clean up remaining debri, and edge the newly covered concrete slab. We highly recommend Guardian and the product !

Extremely satisfied with the entire process - From the initial phone call scheduling the estimate and answering general questions - to the estimate salesman - to the installation crew. Customer service was great and knowledgeable. Estimate salesman had great communication, giving real time ETA updates, which showed he respected my time. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. The installation crew were punctual and also gave ETA updates. Cliff, Aaron, and Manny were professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and cleanly. The end result is a beautiful product which I am so thankful for as a new homeowner. I absolutely recommend this company!!

Jonathan and David arrived early and explained the process, confirmed our color selection and they started immediately. They kept us updated on the work and answered all of our questions. Our garage floor looks fantastic! We are extremely pleased with the product, the crew and the online help for scheduling, etc. This is a top notch company.!
