Write a ReviewBoth Hunter and Carter were very professional, courteous and above all friendly. They arrived on time and began to evaluate the situation of lifting the badly sunken areas of our back patio which in certain areas was at 6? to 7? along the foundation. Hunter then proceeded to explain the whole operation involving the drilling, application of the polyurethane foam and sealing process. He did address a few areas of concern which involved the cracks where half of the concrete panel had lifted 3? to 4? higher than it?s original surface, and that it may not drop back down. After observing the beginning of the operation for a short time it was clearly evident that Hunter and Carter were true professionals and were intent on performing great quality and workmanship, which in the end will always provide and produce a great product. What they were able to do and accomplish of lifting our back patio was truly remarkable, and I cannot commend them enough for their hard work and due diligence.

Incredibly Incompetent and Unprofessional Last summer I had foundation issues and called Groundworks. An inspector first recommended wall anchors, then later said I needed pylons instead?more invasive and expensive. I agreed, ultimately paying over $12,000. On installation day, the contractor was surprised a key room wasn?t surveyed, which was alarming. Groundworks also doesn?t repair drywall damage, so I paid extra for repairs. They promised a 6-month follow-up (included in the cost), but never scheduled it. I had to call multiple times, and even then they missed appointments without notice. I rearranged my schedule repeatedly for no-shows. Meanwhile, I delayed finishing my basement due to potential future damage. For the price, their lack of communication, reliability, and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend using another company.
Gage Wilkinnson came to help evaluate our water problem. He was TERRIFIC. He was careful and thorough and so very polite. What a great representative for your company. Thank you for sending such a knowledgable inspector.
I had a very positive overall experience with Groundworks from the beginning, to the end of the repair work. Jake, the project manager, was accessible and positive. He answered all our questions and was very patient and thorough. He put our minds at ease in a stressful decision making process. The crew, Kaleb, George, Blake, and Christian, were delightful, upbeat, and so accommodating to my needs, concerns, and questions. smiling and ever polite as they did so. I feel the work was done competently and efficiently. Even the supervisor, Micah, was concerned for my satisfaction. The job puts my mind at ease for the future of my home. I recommend this company for your job.
David and his crew Ives, Victor, and Joseph did a fantastic job stabilizing our foundation. They were focused on the job and came prepared to work. They finished the job quickly and professionally. They communicated with us throughout the entire process. Once they got into the project they were able to identify areas that didn't require the repairs and David quickly explained a new plan and then, with my permission, adjusted the plan which saved us several thousand dollars. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. Thank you Groundworks for training and hiring quality people. Dennis and Ellen Porter
Micah, Jaxon, Christian, Joseph and Nathan did a great job handling our foundation repair. The process was easy start to finish.
We had Hunter and Pasi work on our patio concrete. The were professional, friendly, and fast. We were impressed with their work. They did a wonderful job.
The folks I’ve dealt with at Groundworks have all been very high quality. Phil Ralph’s was our inspector and his very thorough inspection and estimate of repair was followed by Micah, Austin and Jaxon performing the repairs. All were great communicators and very hard working. Micah, Austin and Jaxon were willing to explain anything I asked along the way and Micah did a great job of recapping everything at the end. They were carful and very good about cleaning up, as well. Highly recommend the company and the people
Micah Austin and Jaxon encapsulated my crawl space and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend.
