I couldnâ t have asked for a better experience. Gary and Augie are considerate, easy to work with and adjusted easily as a few changes needed to be made along the way. The subs were respectful, pleasant and kept the areas clean. The bathroom remodel turned out beautifully. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldnâ t change a thing. Donâ t hesitate, just say yes working with Grinstead Development Group, you wonâ t be sorry. Thank you Grinstead Development!

Gary Grinstead was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and experience in the field of home remodel is very extensive and it showed in the finished project. . Gary, Augie (foreman), and crew are very detail oriented. The price of the project was very reasonable and the workmanship was impeccable. I highly recommend Grinstead Homes for any remodel project!!

Once my job started, it was very organized. Every day another worker came and did excellent work. Gary was very helpful, with picking out quarts counter top to medicine cabinet. I would hire him again for any type of repair or remodel. I would also recommend him highly to anyone wanting work done professionally and accurately.

Installed range hood over island. A little tricky because of cathedral ceiling. Small project, but Gary personally made sure everything was perfect. Great job. Exceeded expectations!
