I'm honestly appalled at the lack of communication and lack of follow through my fiance and I have experienced. We called them clearly explaining that we had a pretty severe bee problem in which bees had started coming down our chimney into our home. After paying the service fee we were promised someone would be out to our house at 8 am the next day, nobody ever came spent all day trying to get in touch with someone when we finally did it was excuse after excuse of why they were unable to make it to us that day. They promised to have someone out the following day sometime between 8 and noon. The worker finally showed up after 2pm collected a couple of the bees that had already died claiming he was going to go and have them tested to see what he was dealing with then left. It's now been a week or so since that and still no update whatsoever about what can or cannot be done.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
