Overall experience was good. One problem after they were done. They did not remove covering on lights or smoke detector. When asked to return to remove them they agreed to come but never showed up.

We have a very small, tight attic space which made the work difficult. After the initial installation, the insulation did not seem to be performing well. I called them and they returned and re-inspected the work. The inspector saw many areas that were not done correctly. They came back again and spent several hours filling in all those missed areas. Ultimately after the 2nd round I am happy with the insulation work they did. That being said, they accidentally caused an issue with electrical work in the attic, which they did not fix. We had to pay our electrician to reattach a line which they believed to be dangerous. They also compressed several airflow lines coming off a central AC unit in the attic which limited airflow. Fortunately our HVAC company fixed that damage free of charge.

William the owner and his son, Gabriel are committed to finish the job with customer satisfaction and I commend them for their integrity. Unfortunately the spray technician is not skilled at applying the spray foam and the job needed 5 applications to even get close to what was promised on the contract. Bottom line, Greenway is a reasonable value if you?re willing to check their work and have the time to be perseveringly persistent and patient until the project is completed, but don?t expect the high, industry standards
