In October of 2024 I had the most excellent good fortune to work with Greenlink Energy Solutions as part of an ComEd Home Energy Efficiency project that included replacement of the furnace/a.c. and water heater, as well as top to bottom weatherization of my house. Even before the project started both Olivia and Jarron took the time to answer any questions and address any concerns I had regarding the equipment being installed and the overall scope of the project. Day 1, first up was a couple of electrical guys, quickly followed by Jarron and his HVAC team, Ben & Ryan. All on time and ready to get to it. Professional, pleasant and remarkably tolerant of my nonstop questions about the systems, the guys went to work and, other than a quick lunch break, worked nonstop, not particularly concerned about the clock but more about getting to a reasonable stopping place for the day. By the time they were finished, everything was operational, square and plumb, all pipes, valves, duct work and conduit looking very slick, orderly and professional. (5 stars just on the sheet metal work alone). Next up was the weatherization team with Nick leading the charge. Again, on time and ready to go. These guys, Zarek, Steven and Danial, came in with a plan and went right two it, peeling off to address varying issues and again, once on the ground it was go time for these guys. Remarkably, all willing and ready to jump in to even the less desirable parts of the project (like who really wants to go into a hot attic and crawl around in the corners? But they did it and with no hesitation or whining). Over all there were several things that impressed me about the Greenlink teams. There is the obvious stuff, like the punctuality and, remarkably, the through cleanup at the end of each day, and also the obvious work ethic, mutual respect amongst the team members and easy and informative communication with me. I think what was the most reassuring though, you could see the obvious pride the Greenlink people take in their work and, just as importantly, the obvious pride they take in working as part of the Greenlink team. That says a lot. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenlink Energy Solutions to anyone. I suspect my neighbors are already tired of hearing about how good they are.

Needed attic insulation replaced, mold remediation, and bathroom exhaust fans vented to the outside. Very efficient with close attention to detail. excellent work crew.

Give these people a call. They really came through for me. Friendly and informative. Had to have the attic insulation replaced in the middle of December. Showed up on appointed day and were done quickly.

Emily was the product manager - she assessed the insulation we had, which was very inadequate, and gave us a range of upgrade options. A team of three guys did the work, solving some of our problems in a very resrouceful way. Then Emily came back and checked everything over. We were very happy with both the work performed and the customer service. The house feels unusually toasty now. We'll update this review in the spring after we see if we get our usual ice dams - hoping they're gone forever.

Greenlink Energy Solutions provided us with a white glove experience from start to finish. Emily took the time to listen to our questions, answer each of them fully, and guide us through the process of energy conservation. We knew we had issues in our attic but didn't realize the extent until we talked to several professionals. When I contacted GES, I wasn't aware of the incredible detail required to properly seal and insulate our attic space. I also wasn't aware of how poorly ours was built in 1994. Emily took pictures of every part of the attic, discussed each area, explained what is happening, why it is important to correct, and how GES can address each issue. The day of our project arrived and the insulation crew showed up on time and ready to work. They covered every walk space with heavy cloth tarps, donned protective shoes and clothing, and got right to work. They were incredibly quiet considering they needed to remove all old insulation, seal, and reinsulate. Very respectful of our home and our time. Emily followed up and discussed the work and results. We immediately noticed there is no longer a noticeable temp change between floors! GES is an excellent energy partner.

Greenlink was an absolute breeze to work with. Estimating was fast and friendly, the work was very well done, the staff at our site were super professional, and the price was phenomenal. VERY highly recommend then for your next insulation project!

We have loved Greenlink. You can't go wrong with them. You never have to email or call the power company, the city for permits, or the other organizations a PV system requires. THEY DO ALL THAT. Plus, we did not want to have to learn every detail of this technology but we wanted to understand our options. Tom Anderson (our sales guy) explained things to us in just the right way so it was not overwhelming and we could make good decisions. Very easy to talk to! Greenlink's communication was amazing from start to finish; questions, problems, scheduling - all great. They even can help you find a very low interest loan with a bank that does green energy loans if you need it. (your rebates will pay off most of the cost, but they might take a while to come in) The workers were so easy to have around the house, polite and CLEAN! Not just clean at the end of the job. Every day when they left, the yard was spotless. Thanks Eric! It's beautiful (mostly invisible really). It works. You can track all your progress on an app which is really fun to see how much energy you are generating. DO IT! You won't be sorry.
