The vendor was always on time; he followed up right away with answers to questions; he set a date for installation and did everything in the timeframes he said he would; he worked quickly and efficiently; he gave me specific operating instructions; he cleaned up completely afterwar. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a similar type of dehumidification and air filtration system.
