Because of the time pressure and so many other projects to attend to, I reached out Rick to help us quickly produce 2 different versions of concept design for our feasibility study for redevelopment of 3 downtown parcels for the future headquarters for one of the City's largest department. Couldn't possibily have gotten it done so quickly and with such gorgeous renderings with anyone else.

Rick has a great design aesthetic and he showed it the development of our house design. He put together a complete team of sub-consultants, which resulted in a very comprehensive set of permit drawings. He responded well to our requests and changes, while staying within a fair design fee budget.

Richard stepped up to save a failing project when the original architect stopped returning calls and emails. He has since turned the project around, provided excellent advice and even found ways to cut costs. He is honest, straightforward and shares our sense of urgency to get this done. I wish we had started the project with Richard but I am glad he is on our team now.

While we have just begun the process, I feel that he will design me a beautiful house. He has offered many money saving tips and does not appear offended if you choose something different. He is also very responsive to email going so far as to answer them on weekends. Finally, and most importantly in an architect, his designs are beautiful.

Mr. Donnally designed a beautiful 6500 sf house for my husband and I with an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and beautiful details throughout. He listened to all our criteria and added many great ideas we had not thought about. He added beautiful features and still brought the house in on budget. Would highly recommend.
