Chuck Pierce did an amazing job repairing and refinishing some hard wood flooring for me. He did it quickly, on budget with what he quoted which I thought was quite reasonable, and I would highly recommend him to others for quality results.

The top part of our manufactured wood floor had come up. We thought we would have to replace the entire floor. However Great Expectations was able to cut out and replace just the damaged section with a spare slat that we had. They did a very clean job and we are very appreciative that we did not have to replace the entire floor.

The are true experts

I was nice with them I gave them food but they said that I made them feel uncomfortable, my intention was to make them feel good while they worked as it reminded me of when I did the same.

Great! He was slightly early, very efficient. He asked good questions to find out what we were looking for, and tolerated my puppy jumping on him.

We recently had all of our red oak hardwood floors refinished by Chuck Pierce the owner of Great Expectations Flooring. Chucks attention to detail both in his craftsmanship and understanding of what we were looking for was flawless. Upon completion we were stunned at how beautiful our floors looked. We had hired another company to refinish our floors 4 weeks earlier who did such a horrible job refinishing and staining that we had no other choice but to start all over. So, Chuck took on a difficult job. Our floors are beautiful now and he exceeded our expectations.
