Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat work and price.
Excellent work ethic. Very professional, seems to always have the right tool for the job. Very trustworthy.
Attention to detail is great. He thought of tiny things that he didn't have to address but did
Ignore any negative reviews you see on this site! I have hired hundreds of contractors over the years and Steve is in the top 1%. I bought a house in April that was built in 2009. The area is known for standing water after rainfall. It is especially bad during the summer rainy season, because the clay beneath the topsoil creates ponding. Steve was very open to what I wanted done and had some great ideas on how to correct it. We ended up building a 50 foot French Drain connecting to 6 box drains and a gutter downspout. Steve cleared and regraded the water to slope away from the house and into the drains .For the first time since the house was built, no more standing water. Steve is smart, friendly dependable, conscientious , and a very hard worker! He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied! The quality of Steveâ s work is outstanding and I will be using him again soon! Thanks Steve! You did a fantastic job!
Without a doubt poor work done at my place, I gave steve the contract to work on my yard removing tree stumps and grade areas, while, I was out at work and running errands he was working, I came back on the last day and i NOTICED HE DAMAGED BRICK WORK, h esaid that it was an accident and that since I am reworking the concrete I let it pass. He told me that he removed all the stumps and we were good to go, I paid him and then got the next team to start grading yard again for sod, this is where we found that he buried a large amount of debris in my yard and he did not remove all the stumps at all, I am filing a legal suit against him, I would be careful using this Company. He refuses to come out and make thing good and I have given him many chances.
Lies! What we have here is a guy trying to bully me into doing a additional $2300.00 worth of totally unrelated work over some damage he claims I did, even though I sent him before photos I took before I started showing alleged damage . These photos clearly show that the tree roots that totally demolished his back patio popped up a little bit of brick veneer at a rear entryway. Text book case of defamation of character. Please read my other reviews from other customers that actually appreciate what I do for them. Thanks
They did a fantastic job, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Great guy, great job. Can't say enough good things.
I hired them to do some grading and drainage for my yard. Steve came out we talked about it, and what the options were. Ended up grading and redoing one fence and came. He started on time, got all the work done in a when he said he would took everything off site in the clean up and a couple other items for me. I will be calling them first for any other projects. Actually, I had him come out for another small project already.
I give them a 4.98* rating. The -2 points is because: the left over dirt was put only half where I wanted it (which is half my fault for not directing him better). Also the truck driver dumped the shell on my front lawn before the Gravee bobcat driver got there. The Gravee Bobcat operated was very good and easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. Even came back the next day to make sure everything was ok
Great communication always on time
