Two trees were involved. One done perfectly, the other pretty much butchered. Primary request when hiring was to clean out the crowns using great care in my flower beds. Contractor suggested taking down some overgrowth on one, to which I agreed. The trimmers were careless and did damage in the garden. On the one tree they immediately took off far more than necessary and pruned it like a hedge. Never cleaned out crown saying the tree would sunburn if they did. This left many crossing and problem branches in the middle which should not be there. Though there were four workers, only two seemed to participate and as a consequence branches were left where they fell on all my plants instead of being removed quickly. Next thing I know they have all disappeared. I find two in a truck texting and two on the front lawn, one texting and one apparently napping. I removed as many of the branches as I could reach to try to salvage my garden. Called the supervisor, who had left, and he apparently called them to get back to work. They did a reasonable clean up. Iâ m not happy as I do not think the second tree was pruned properly and it may affect its future growth. Oddly, the second tree was done extremely well. I will not call this company again.

Jesus and his team did an excellent job trimming a large pine tree hanging over our fence. I had to be out of town while the job was being done so was a little concerned but when I returned I was happy to see that the work had been done as we discussed. They know where to cut so the trees look natural and beautiful. Thank you Jesus!

Communication barrier. The workers hacked off part of my backyard sprinkler system. Owner has an attitude, so I would not recommend these guys at all.

Prompt response, arrived on time, scheduled job quickly, knowledgeable, price average, nice workers - receptive to my requests thru Spanish translation on cell phone, good clean-up & care taken around existing plants. Well done - problem solved quickly! Greatly appreciated! Would recommend to others! Thank you Jesus & workers!

The workers were polite. My only complaints are they left a mess in my driveway and back yard and they cut down trees without grinding the stumps. I suppose the cost would have been more to do so.

Language barrier. Do not follow through with what they said they would do. What work they did do was good

They didnt show for our appointment for the estimate. Then came two days later, we agreed to the estimate and signed the contract and we havent seen them since. That was three weeks ago,unfortunately we are having a wedding here in several days so it Is too late now.

They provided excellent service, would highly reccomend this service.
