Bill at Golden Needle gave us a time frame to order the replacement arms for our retractable awning and schedule installation.. We were happy he was able to fit it in that time frame. Bill was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Cory came to install the arms and adjust the awning. He could not have done a more excellent and thorough installation. He was so mannerly and friendly. Cory explained in detail what he did, told us what to do for maintenance and asked if we had any questions. He was a diligent worker with high morals. My husband asked if he would be interested in checking out some work for our neighbor and Cory said â I donâ t do side jobs, I only do jobs for the company I work forâ . Installed a few years ago and we have always been very happy with our awning. Had some trouble with the LED lights and the awning going in and out. Left a message and they responded quickly and walked me through how to fix it on my own very simply. Saved me a service call billing! Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

I obtained estimates from other companies, but Golden Needle was the best quality product, and had more choices of sizes and fabrics. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and prompt. I have no complaints at all!

Crew showed up right on time. Did not waste time, old awning was removed by them and hauled away by them. New awning was installed and adjusted to my wife's satisfaction. Whole process took approximately 90 minutes. Guys were courteous, efficient, did a fantastic installation. I couldn't be more satisfied...no problem giving them a two-thumbs-up endorsement
