Glass Doctor of Longwood, FL

I'm happy to share a very positive review of Glass Doctor located in Longwood. I recently received bids for replacing two large 3' X 5' panes of glass. The 1st company from Altamonte showed up but were very unprofessional as well nonchalant. When Orlando showed up on time and dressed professionally I became hopeful this job would be done properly. Orlando carefully measured the window openings and then thoroughly discussed my glass options. I went with 1/4" tempered glass. Within a few days Orlando was back for the installation. His work is professional and his personality is helpful and educational. He pays attention to details. I highly recommend Glass Doctor for your glass replacement projects!

We chose Glass Doctor, not for their price but because we were impressed by their professionalism, communication skills, courtesy and prompt on-time service. For a few dollars more we experienced their friendly, fast and efficient service during the installation. Gabriel and Orlando were top notch. Glass Doctor did phenomenal work in my home quickly and quietly and for a great price! I wouldn’t most definitely recommend them if you need a window fixed in the Orlando area.

Son broke a double pane panel in a double hung window and needed to get that fixed. Very happy to find a company able to repair the double pane and not have to replace the entire window (a much more invasive/expensive process). Will definitely use again if (when :-( ) it's needed again.

After an initial misunderstanding on my part by contacting the wrong store Becky from the Longwood store contacted me and the tech Orlando from that store was able to install a new back door window installed for me in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend the Glass Doctor store.

Amazing...I did not need to buy a new sliding glass door! I purchased a 1998 apartment to condo conversion on the 1st floor in 2020 and the door was a total mess from years of abuse. It was going to cost several thousand dollars to replace, and that is more complicated than a house, because it's a condo. I had the wheels replaced before, but it did not help with the way the door shut and locked, and the overall seal. I was hearing outside noise from AC units, and road noise, etc...but I am a realist...this is not a house. Orlando came out and listened to me...my concerns about the seal (hurricane season is here), and the fact that I could not get it to lock...etc... He replaced the wheels...and leveled everything. I did NOT need to purchase a new locking mechanism, and the door slides shut easily and locks easily. But here is the most exciting and unexpected thing to me....I don't hear outside noise anymore in my living room. It's quiet. I did not anticipate that happening because I am a realist. He talked to me about the quality of glass not being as bad as I thought it was. He did NOT oversell me...and he could have. So, I feel like this is valuable information to share. Sometimes you get a gift out of nowhere, and for me...it is this. This is going to give me more peace and quiet, and probably help my energy bill. I had a broken windowpane replaced. They came out the next day and made the repair. Their tech was very polite and cleaned up any trash after the job was done. I will definitely call them again.
