They were very efficient. Came when expected. Completed the job in timely manner. Cleaned and finished without a problem. This job was a a donation. I've used Gilroy Northeast before on much bigger jobs and I plan to use them in another large job of replacing sidewalks leading into the building. I am very happy and satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Technically, I shouldn't be giving a 5-star review until I've lived with our new sand mound system for 30 years, but I was very pleased with the service: the communication about the whole process was very good. We were fortunate with the weather, so they could finish in about 10 days. We work from home, and so were able to observe the whole process, and we were quite impressed with the quality of the work done by their foreman (who did most of the actual work himself).

The entire Gilroy Northeast Construction team helped with a complicated demolition. The staff helped to expedite approvals from the bond, the historical board, city council to actually getting the demolition permit. The excavation team brought our difficult barn down without damaging any property.

Company was excellant from customer service to perforance of the job. They had prompt resonse to request to quote the job and gave recommendation for a job they could not do. They showed up ontome to do the work and they did a GREAT job.
