This company or these workers listen to the customer how do I want to get the job done or what my expectations are.because I have them did my concrete patios on the front and the back of my house and they did the good job satisfied.

I had a fireplace surround done, The mortar color had what appeared to be 3 different shades of grey color. One stone had to be replaced due to mismatch and the mortar color of patch work looked terrible and sloppy. Mortar splattered all over my patio and house siding during the construction project!

I found Gilberto Flatwork on Home Advisor. I filled out a request for a bid. He called me in about 15 minutes. He came the next day and gave me a bid. It was well within the budget. He started yet that week. The job was a 40 foot by 10 foot patio. I also had him put in a sidewalk from the drive to the front door. It was slopped to make the house more handicapped friendly. This year I had him install a 10 foot by 11 foot patio in front and blend the sidewalk in with it. The job turned out great. My wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done.

Did job as requested. Came out a second time when I asked questions about the estimate. Job was delayed a couple of weeks, but that's the way of the business depending on weather. Very happy with job. Workers were open to questions and made sure I was happy with the results. Will hire again.

Our project was a complicated front stair system that included nine stairs, a landing and a retaining wall. Gilberto Masonry removed a dilapidated wooden stair system and built an amazing brick and stone stairway and 4-level retaining wall with lights. The workmanship was professional and Gilberto and his crew worked with us on the entire project (making adjustments as necessary) to ensure our satisfaction of the end result. Gilberto is a man of integrity and stands by his word. We absolutely love the stairway and wall. It transformed the front of our home. Would highly recommend him and will certainly use him in the future.
