Gave Phillip Stone cash for screen replacement in Nov 2024. Also wanted lattice replaced. He never came and did the job. He stayed silent from me until I contacted his boss who was very rude to me telling me it was a side job nothing to do with him. I have many text messages mostly from me to Phil and he acknowledges he owes me the money. It's been one excuse after another saying he was coming Nov Dec then Feb. Then he said he was going to mail it to me. Then it was when he got his first paycheck whatever that meant. He was working for Gier Roofing at the time of my initial conversation about repairs. Today is June 25 2025. I still haven't seen my money. I live on a fixed income and have been taken advantage of. Of course I've paid someone else to do the work and I've texted Phil about it and he just ignores me. Maybe they do good work with Paul but never ask if they do other jobs besides roofing especially dishonest employee like Phil. Where is my money?.My next move court.

Our roof leaked where the screen room attached. Paul Gier returned my call and came to my home and gave me an estimate the same day. Their repair estimate was reasonable (other contractors insisted on replacing roof on screen room or house). We hired them and the crew showed up in a few days and repaired the roof. It rained hard since then and no more leaks! When it is time to replace our roof we will be calling Gier Roofing to do the job. We will also be hiring them to install gutter on the screen room as they are only ones who provided a viable solution.

Acted quickly, estimated job on Sun. Oct Oct 2nd, I approved after reviewing with Insurance on Oct 3rd, Gier repaired/replaced roof on Tues. Oct 4th.

Roof was replaced , had a few repairs , due to bad work the last time the roof was replaced. Three new skylights replaced . They came promptly at 8:00 am and left at 4:00 pm. All the employees were polite and clean up was handled very professionally. Paul was easy to deal with answered many questions for me , always returned my calls promptly Work was done March 2022

They were very nice an came when they said . They fixed the spot on my roof from water damage . I just wish I had remembered to get a receipt for the work !

I am very pleased with the way Grier Roofing responded to my call. Phil came the same day I called and made the repair the same day also. It was $100 charge to repair the water vent on my roof that was leaking. The squirrels had chewed off the lead cap on the pipe and has now been replaced.
