This company is the best I have ever used. They use their own employees rather than contractors. They take full responsibility for work done. One of the few left that specializes in smaller jobs like ours. His staff is outstanding. First rate work, able to answer question and they take the step beyond to exceed your expectations.

We hired Gerrard Construction to assist with our Kitchen remodel project. There was a lot of work that we wanted to complete ourselves, and I appreciated Greg's flexibility to assign expert resources when we needed them for plumbing, electrical, drywall and framing. Every contractor he sent on site was super professional and worked hard the entire time they were onsite and cleaned up after themselves!! We have another project we plan to tackle next year, and will definitely be reaching out to Greg!

Greg remoldeled our kitchen and was very straight forward with us on the bid and accurate. He worked with us on a few changes and helped with ideas. He has great people working for him that are very respectful and did great work. His communication was top notch. We would highly recommend Gerard Const, in fact having a family member do more work on his home.

Our project was an addition to our new St Aubyn home in Berthoud, CO. The addition was a 17ft x 28ft covered porch that looks like it was designed by the builder originally. It replaced a 10x13 concrete pad that the builder provided. The addition was done so that it integrated and matched the house to look like it was part of the original build. This required solid footings and concrete work. The roof was done to connect to the existing roof line, and the structure has two levels of ceilings covered with T&G Cedar boards. The porch post have stone work that matches the front of the house. We had a huge barn door added to the west side for wind and sun protection. The siding matches what St Aubyn the builder used. Only a picture shows you how great the finished project looks. Greg & his contractors did quality work, are professional and very easy to work with. Every individual involved with the project were friendly, listened to our input, and did quality work. Greg worked with us through our changes even after his original estimate. The project was completed with only a couple modifications to what the Architect and we originally had in the plans. It was great that Greg worked with us on these changes to achieve the results we have today! We recommend you select Gerrard Construction for your project needs.
