Chris Parks replaced 3 leaky skylights. He is very responsive to my requests and concerns. He follows through thoroughly on all promises and questions. His work seems to be excellent -- we have no more leaky skylights. I chose him despite a higher price because I felt that his integrity is worth a lot. I would definitely use him again!

We hired Parks Roofing & Painting for an exterior house painting project which included painting fences in the front and back yard. My initial point of contact was George Parks who took the time to explain the painting process in sufficient detail to help satisfy my concerns. In our case one of my primary concerns was our UGLY damaged stucco areas. I crossed my fingers that perhaps someone could at least patch them up and disguise them. The stucco preparation in combination with painting was done so well you can't even tell where the previous problems were. In general their preparation work (sanding, patching etc.) contributes greatly to a positive outcome for the project. For example, the boundary color change lines between the eves and stucco are consistent and precisely defined. Our house so dramatically improved it is almost unbelievable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners in our area.

I came in from out of state to visit my 93 YO Mother. I found out that she was putting a bucket in her bedroom to catch the rain water that was leaking through the ceiling. I was leaving in a few days and wanted to get it fixed. Chris was the first person that I called and he was over at the home within a few hours. We discussed the issues and Chris gave me a very thorough explanation of procedures to repair. He gave me multiple options for repair and answered all of my questions. He had the work done within 4 days. Great communication, very respectable and professional.

George and his team provided prompt and clear assessment and service (roof leak after some big rains). He is extremely knowledgable about roofing, and comes from a multi-generational family of roofers, and was very willing to take time to explain, discuss, provide pictures and explanations for the suspected source of the leak and the best fixes. He was able to schedule to repair quickly and his team was fast and efficient with the repair. He followed up afterwards to ensure that no leaks had come through on subsequent rains, which we greatly appreciated. I would be happy to work with him and his team on subsequent projects.

Very easy working with George. Very thorough, intelligent, honest, respectful and prompt. He tackled a difficult problem with Spanish tile roof, and he and his team did a fantastic job. I couldnâ t be more pleased, and I would definitely call him again for roofing or painting jobs.
