Was worried about installing in the spring/winter but this company was fantastic. From start to finish. Miki (spelling?), was an absolute delight at first contact and Sam was incredible coordinating everything, including the inspections. The installation crew was awesome and made sure everything was exactly as discussed at the initial consultation before leaving. Five stars

We had an outstanding experience with the installation of our Generac generator. From start to finish, the entire team was prompt, courteous, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. The installation crew worked quickly and professionally, and they left the area spotless when the job was complete. Jason, the owner, was especially impressive. He was extremely competent, organized, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He and his team handled everything seamlessly while I was at work, and my wife was home during the installation. She was very impressed with how fast the crew worked, how respectful and kind they were, and how accommodating they were throughout the entire process. They managed everything without needing to interrupt or inconvenience her, which made the experience even better. The sales and office staff were equally professional—responsive, friendly, and patient. Our calls were always answered promptly, and every question was handled thoroughly. Overall, a smooth, well-run operation from top to bottom.

Got our Generac installed today! So Happy! Generator Super Center did a fantastic job! Everyone was knowledgeable and professional in their field. They even helped with financing options! We used financing through the Home Depot and got 2 years no interest financing. The Super Center had great follow up. They answered all my questions and concerns. They called me back quickly throughout the whole process. The installers know EXACTLY what they are doing. The professionalism from the office to the job site was 5 stars across the board! I highly recommend using them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️

This morning, in typical early March weather, the Generator guys installed my Generac inline generator. What a great job they did.. the site work was very well done and everything was up and running in a couple of hours. They were so efficient, I didn't have any questions, and they covered details down to the keys! What a great piece of mind knowing no more disasters of no heat or electricity! Thanks you, guys, for your professional and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
