He will first, explain in detail the fee basis, and than come up with the most efficient ideas, using an amazing imagination. Gary has a deep knowledge of the Construction process, so he is readily available to be involved during the work with the builder. He made the whole process very comfortable for us, so I highly recommend him !

This architect was very expensive, and the drawings were not complete. Not happy. Had to hire another architect that was thorough and not as expensive.

I first started working with Gary in 2016. We had planned to build an extension above our foyer. Fast forward to November 2020, when we were finally ready to start building the addition...I contacted Gary - out of the blue, and we have been working together again since. His customer service and flexibility has been exceptional! For example, contractor suggested a few changes to his plans, so we discussed those, brainstormed and tried to find what would work best for our apartment. We really picked up where we left off 4 years ago, and Gary was able to help and provide guidance for our project. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of an architect.

Our house project was pretty difficult. We hired Gary Segal (recommended by a friend) after a few interviews with other construction companies. We decided to hire Gary Segal as the planner as well the construction manager for our project. Pleasantly impressed with his knowledge, honesty and approach to all issues concerning to us. Gary helped us making the right decisions, everyday in touch with us by phone or visiting the site, all promises made were fulfilled.
