The flooring job was excellent. I have just two quibbles ... first, they should have covered the basement stairs and landing as clear coat was dripped and smudged on these areas. Second, they ended the coating at a door line rather than going 6 inches further to the slab end. I am most concerned about the dripping as it will be costly to have the linoleum in these areas replaced

Hi Paul, Thank you very much for the review, we greatly appreciate it! As for your two quibbles, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will not settle for anything less. The first issue stopping the coating under the door line was a misunderstanding on my behalf. I thought that's where we talked about stopping the coating. We would be more than happy to come back, at no charge of course, and continue the coating to your desired stopping point. As for the top coat that was dropped on your steps, that is not acceptable to our standards and definitely not something that we realized or we would have cleaned it up prior to departing. Whil

The finish floors turned out awesome!! Selecting the chip colors is a process because there are so many choices, but we got something that looked fantastic. Website for choosing colors is not good, you have to look at samples in person. Love the finished product and the garage looks great!!
