I had a wonderful experience with the ProLift team. They diagnosed my problem, provided options to remedy the situation, communicated effectively, completed the job in a timely manner, and I was extremely pleased with the final outcome. Henry was great! He was very knowledgeable, explained the process, gave several options, and did a wonderful job repairing the garage door! I'm so grateful for the repair he did!

Henry, the new general manager, was our technician. He replaced the rubber stripping on the bottom of a garage door (single car). The charge for that was only $108. I paid twice that at our previous home. I also had him replace all the rollers, which were wearing out. The new ones have extra long rods, which prevents any from slipping out if any break, and the new ones have ball bearing. (This was $185.). Henry is very knowledgeable, works quickly and is very personable.

The installer I had was Henry. He went above and beyond for me. The pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommending to work with him.
